At just 24 years old, Chad Cable is one of our youngest franchisees. In 2009, Chad began his Domino's journey when he started working at the Dickson store in Canberra at age 16. His hard work and initiative were quickly recognised, and he was made a partner of the Belconnen store in 2014. Since then, Chad has taken on three additional stores, Kippax, Dickson and Queanbeyan and is now leading a team of over 170 Dominoids.
Chad's proudest moment was when his Belconnen store achieved the highest sales for the sixteenth year in a row, even after its territory was split with a new store. Along with his business partner David (Hutchy) Hutchinson, Chad went on to win the esteemed Domino's Leadership Eagle Award, the highest prize given to any Australian or New Zealand franchisee.
In the future, Chad hopes to expand to more stores and inspire young Dominoids, and to provide them the same opportunities his business partner Hutchy gave him. Go Chad!
